In order to register, you will need an account. If you attended any previous EPUAP events, please log in with your Username (email) and Password. If you do not have an account, you will be asked to create one, once you will enter your email address. In case you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking Forgot your password.
Apart from the below options of the registration fee, once you will be selecting registration fee, please also choose whether you are Italian commercial subject & VAT payers OR Foreign entity & Italian NO VAT payers in order to receive correct invoice / credit card receipt.

Registration fee is inclusive of 22% VAT.
1 Onsite fee / It is valid from 12 September to 14 September 2018.
2 1-day registration / Individual registration is valid for just one day (12, 13 or 14 September 2018).
3 Student / Students are requested to upload proof of their student status via registration web site.
4 No access to the sessions, only exhibition
AIUC and AISLeC members can register for special rate HERE from 20.07.2018. Please choose the AIUC-AISLec member participant type when making your registration.
Full conference registration: Final programme, conference bag, admission to the full conference programme including all sessions, coffee breaks & lunches.
1-day registration: Final programme, admission to all sessions in the conference programme of the confirmed day, coffee breaks & lunch for one day.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Payments by bank transfers and/or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) are accepted for the registration.
Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference will have their fees refunded as follows. Written cancellation must be forwarded to the EPUAP Business office (email@example.com / firstname.lastname@example.org).
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Cancellations received until 14 July 2018 will be refunded deducting administration costs of €40.
From 15 July 2018, registration fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be granted in case of no show.
Tickets for the conference dinner are not included in the registration fee and are non-refundable.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
IMPORTANT: Please remember to state invoice number on all money transfers to the EPUAP Business office.
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the conference secretariat at email@example.com. Please note that official letter of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.
