Pallets and packages collection on 11th September:
Please note that a representative of the exhibitor/exhibition building company should be present to receive the delivery. All delivered packages will be collected in the storage room (Aula #10, close to registration area).
Each exhibitor must send a complete overview of all packages and pallets that are being shipped to Angelicum Congress Centre on 11th September. The overview should include the measurements and weight of each package, as well as the shipment tracking information.
If you plan to have hospital beds at your stand, please let us know how many of beds, their exact measurements and their weight.
Parking time schedule:
First of all, please see below the link for 2 doodles where you can choose your time slot, one for set up day, one for dismantle day. Each parking time slot has 30 minutes and it starts from 6:30 until 18:00.
Please note that it works on the first come first served basis and you can choose maximum 2 consecutive time slots. Otherwise it is not valid.
Once the time slot is chosen by another company, the field will become unavailable. In the name field, please write your company name.

The area is ZTL (zone with limited traffic) so it is necessary to request access to the Municipality of Rome. Consult the website http://www.agenziamobilita.roma.it/ztl/permesso-ztl-temporaneo.html or call the Single Issue of Roma Mobilità +39 06 57003.
If you need assistance with deliveries of goods directly to your stand, please note there is a fee of 50 EUR per delivery. Please inform EPUAP 2018 conference secretariat if you need assistance.
There is no forklift at the venue but there will be help available onsite for the movement of goods up the stairs. Please note that the main and only entrance to the venue is by stairs.
If required for re-packing on Friday 14th September, empties can be stored during the event in the storage room. Please note that there will be no space allocated per company. It will be according to the requirements onsite and on a first come, first served basis.

Shell schemes are not provided in the price of the exhibition space. Each exhibitor is responsible for the design of their stand. In case you will not have a shell scheme ordered with the EPUAP 2018 exhibition building company, please submit your stand layout, as well as the exhibition building company name and contact person (attn. Katerina Rezacova).
Please note that it is not possible to have electricity source unless you have a shell scheme or a stand structure.
Other practical information:
Maximum building height: 2.5 m
Back wall of your stand should start at 10cm from the building wall.
Carpet and floors: as Angelicum is a historical building, it is not allowed to place any carpet or other extra floor construction on the original floor.
Electricity: access to electricity will be ensured by the congress organisers. Please note there is a fee of 20 EUR per day for electricity usage. In case you do not require electricity.
